What kind of paper do you use?

The quality of my prints really matters to me, not just how they look but also how the feel. All art prints are on thick, premium-quality, heavyweight paper with a gently textured surface. The 200gsm paper is designed for archival storage and is acid-free, making it highly resistant to ageing. The paper is also lignin-free, ensuring it will not yellow with age. The papers have been independently tested to be light resistant for at least 100 years. Greetings cards are printed on premium 324gsm card with a matte finish.


What is giclée printing?

The word “Giclée” is French for “sprayed ink.” Today, the term is used to describe a sophisticated inkjet printmaking process which creates the highest quality fine art reproductions. Giclée printing offers extra-fine image resolution, helping retain a higher degree of detail from the original artwork and create a high quality and long lasting print.


Can I order a print in a size that isn’t listed?

My prints come in three sizes as standard (30x40cm, 50x70cm and 70x100cm) but I do have the capability to print them in other sizes. If you have a particular requirement get in contact and I’ll see what I can do!


Can I order framed prints?

Ordering framed prints is possible but the shipping of large frames is prohibitively expensive to include it on my storefront. If you would still like a framed print I am happy to organise it for you just drop me an email at benwilkins@benwilkinsdesign.com or through my contact page.


How long will my print take to reach me?

Delivery times vary depending on where you are ordering from. You can check our Shipping page for more detailed information about how our orders are shipped and how long the process takes.


My print has arrived damaged, what can I do?

If your product arrives damaged please contact me and I will arrange a replacement. There is more information about this on our Shipping page, in the Orders section.


I’ve changed my mind about my print

I work with a print on-demand order fulfilment company to print and deliver my orders and as such I don’t keep a supply of prints in stock. Unfortunately, due to this fact, I cannot offer returns or refunds if you change your mind about an order once it has been shipped. Although if you have anything you aren’t completely happy with please contact me and I will do my best to sort it out.
