Shipping

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 1-3 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and the shipping option you choose (if available).

UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail and delivery time will depend on the option you choose at checkout (ranging from free delivery to overnight delivery).

For the rest of the world the shipping method and cost vary from country to country. Due to this, I charge a flat rate for shipping and your order will be shipped with the fastest delivery service available to your country still covered by the shipping rate. The shipping time varies depending on your location and the product being shipped. If you would like more information about shipping to your area please get in touch via my contact page.

Where will my order ship from?

I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Your order will be manufactured and shipped from the closest facility to you. Producing the prints closer to you helps to significantly reduce carbon emissions.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in my control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with me at benwilkins@benwilkinsdesign.com or through my contact page with your order number.

Orders

How are your products made?

I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How are your products packaged for shipping?

All prints are robustly packaged. My unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes unless they are A4 or smaller and being delivered in the UK or mainland Europe (in which case they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes).

The company I work with have refined their packaging standards many times, over many years and it is now extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. On those rare occasions when incidents do happen I will strive to ensure that your collection and replacement are organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.

How do I track my order?

If the delivery service you choose allows tracking then you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at benwilkins@benwilkinsdesign.com or via my contact page.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

I’m so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at benwilkins@benwilkinsdesign.com within a weeks time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

As each print is made to order, unfortunately I can’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting me at benwilkins@benwilkinsdesign.com or through my contact page.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at ben.wilkins.design@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you.
